Ribeye Roast

1. Preheat oven to 260

2.Mix Garlic & butter in a Bowl

3.Rub mixture on the roast with salt & pepper.

4.Place roast (fat side up).Roast for 20mins.

5. Reduce oven heat to 165℃. Roast for 90-120mins, untill reddish pink at the centre.

6. Rest for 15mins and serve.
